UK Mainland delivery is FREE from The Present Shop on orders £30 and over. Free delivery will be automatically applied during checkout for all qualifying orders. No promo code is necessary to receive free delivery.

The Present Shop free delivery offer applies to STANDARD delivery only.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK.

Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm

The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).

All products are despatched from our central warehouse and as a result will arrive in one delivery.

What you need to know, just in case

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays

On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can’t guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
