What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order online with your normal Debit, Credit, American Express through our Paypal portal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your card as normal, at checkout. We do not accept cheques.
Why do you need my mobile number?
If we have any problems with your order we may contact you via telephone.
We will not pass on your telephone number to any third parties apart from our courier company for delivery information.
Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring.

How much is postage?
Delivery is free on orders £30 or over, this will be delivered on our standard delivery service.
For orders under £30 there is a charge for delivery within the UK of £2.99 for standard delivery (within 5 workings days).
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch standard orders within 24 hrs and postage should take an additional one to 5 working days depending on which service you have selected. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
How do I return something if I need to?

Do I have to pay for my returns?
If your item is faulty you need to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the return postage up to the original value paid. If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item, the return postage will be at your own expense.
How will I know you have refunded me?
Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.
What is your returns policy?
We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a refund for the item, although postage is paid by the customer.
Why do you want my email address and mobile number?
Primarily so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order; we find that most people respond faster this way. We will also contact you to let you know our latest news or special offer, however if you do not wish to hear from us we can take you off our list. The quickest way to do this is to unsubscribe from the last/next e-mail you receive from us. Go to the bottom of the e-mail, click unsubscribe and you will be taken off our e-mail list. Otherwise e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will unsubscribe you from the list.
