We are happy to offer free UK returns and refunds on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.
Conditions of returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us within 14 days, following the instructions below.
We’ll exchange or refund, any unwanted item, once they are returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.
Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us and return to us within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.

Missing or damaged orders
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 5 working days, first of all please view your order status online by signing into your account and selecting view orders. please contact us 07545 904432 or email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
For damaged items we usually replace them straight away if they are still available in stock or you will have the option to choose another item or a full refund. Please email our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org
